Five Star Concrete Office Building

New customer requested an upscale, rustic office building consisting of two offices, private bathrooms, and a large conference room.  
 
Howard Residence

This open plan includes three bedrooms, a home office, bedroom-convertible game room, comfortable Great Room, three and one-half baths, expansive rear living area, and a spacious three car garage.  

 

 

Acosta Remodel
​

This 1950 Castle Hills remodel was a wonderful challenge that took quite a twist.  What was originally intended to be three simple additions for this single story home evolved to include an upstairs Man Cave.  The clean modern feel was the goal of the homeowner and the finished product fits the bill. 

 

Originally constructed at 1,770 square feet the additions and upstairs features increased the living space to an incredible 3,400 square feet.  

Acs Residence
​

This design included four bedrooms, three baths, massive open great room, home theater and a multi-island kitchen.

 

This was my first design to include a detached Mother In-Laws suite

 

This split-level was structurally one of the most complicated structures with almost 4,800 square feet of living area.
